Production description
This machine is an special juice extractor and pulp extractor machine. Machine is mainly to press and pulp tropical fruit, such as, pineapple, banana, lemon, citrus, orange, passion fruit, dragon fruit, pitaya, papaya, pawpaw, lychee, litchi, jackfruit, passion flower, ect. Machine can peel fruit firstly, then juice extracting and pulping fruit. 304 stainless steel and high efficiency
Application:
Tomato, kiwi, strawberry, apple, orange flesh, haw, jujube, grape, macaque peach, mulberry notes, wax berry, etc, and after pre-cooking softening of haw, jujube,etc.Pulp machine can seperate fruit skin,core,seeds,also can cut vegetable,celery,etc.Seperate vegetable fiber from juice,also adapt mango and peach,coring and pulping
Working principle:
Motor drive the rotor rotation with high speed,put fruit in to the mouth,the screw convey
the material to the beating bar,with the beat,material being crushed.Because of the centrifugalforce ,juice and flesh through the screen hole in to next beating (Screen hole according to core size),core being discharged by slag bade,so core and pulp being
seperated.Fruit pulp machine has single channel beater and double channel beater
When used to mango pulp making,if choose single channel beater,skin and flesh flow into buffer tank,core discharge.If choose double channel denucleation beater ,first channel for removing core,second core for making pulp,full automatic seperate skin,core,residue;except the transmission part,are adopt 304stainless steel,sealer is food standard rubber.
